Daniel Siegenthaler is a Director at anteo partners Ltd. His focus lies in the professional preparation and execution of corporate transactions as well as advising in legal and financial matters.

He gained his M&A and Corporate Finance expertise during his previous employment as M&A advisor with anteo partners Ltd. (2008-2015) as well as in his role as a senior group finance and legal manager with a software engineering company (2016-2018).

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Law from the University of Applied Sciences Zurich (ZHAW) (2007) as well as a Master of Advanced Studies in Corporate Finance from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (2013).
