Attorney-at-law, with more than 7 years' experience in business and intellectual property law

Since 2016 Annette Obolensky supports anteo partners as a lawyer with her experience advising clients on M&A transactions, commercial agreements and intellectual property law.

Previously Annette Obolensky worked as a lawyer for Froriep lawyers and for KellerhalsCarrard with a main focus in contract and company law (including M&A) and intellectual property law. She graduated from the University of Freiburg, Switzerland, with a bilingual degree in law and passed the Swiss bar exam in 1999.

From 2006 to 2013 she lived in Pakistan and Armenia and advised different companies and NPO on sustainable projects and project management. She is co-owner of ‘burst the bubble’, a consulting company for Diversity & Change.
