Christian Maron is founder and managing partner of anteo partners. He is focused on project management, structuring and negotiation of corporate transactions with his specialty in succession planning. 

Previously, Christian was Senior M&A Manager at The Corporate Finance Group and worked for five years as attorney-at-law at the Swiss law firm Froriep attorneys-at-law on international company transactions. Christian is a board member on several boards of mid-sized Swiss firms and has been for more than 20 years General Counsel at the Swiss company Berlac AG in Sissach, an internationally active industrial coatings group.

He obtained his law degree from the University of Zurich, is an Attorney-at-law (1994) and holds a Master of Laws LL.M. from the University of London, King's College (1996). In 2015, Christian obtained the INSEAD International Directors Program (IDP) certificate.

Daniel Kesselring is founder and partner of anteo partners and a highly experienced lead advisor and negotiator in national and international transactions. His specialty is legal and tax-optimized structuring of cross-border transactions.

Daniel is Chairman of the Board of Directors and co-owner of the Swiss Berlac AG in Sissach, an internationally active industrial coatings group. From 2001 to 2003 Daniel worked at The Corporate Finance Group in Zurich and, from 1992 to 2000, for Ernst & Young in Zurich and New York in the Legal, Tax, and Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate Finance divisions.

Daniel holds a Master of Law from the University of Zurich, is an attorney-at-law, notary public and certified tax expert and participated in the PMD program at Harvard Business School.

Daniel Siegenthaler is a Director at anteo partners. His focus lies in the professional execution of corporate transactions as well as advising on legal and financial matters.

He has many years of experience in the fields of M&A and Corporate Finance. This experience stems both from his previous role as M&A consultant at anteo partners (2008–2015) as well as in his role as a senior group finance and legal manager with a medium-sized software engineering company (2016–2018).

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Law from the University of Applied Sciences Zurich (ZHAW) (2007) as well as a Master of Advanced Studies in Corporate Finance from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (2013).

Sandra Fink is Office Manager at anteo partners. She is responsible for all office management and administrative matters and also provides project support to the anteo partners team.

Sandra holds a federal diploma as commercial employee EFZ (Profile M) and a further qualification as project manager for events/trade fairs/sponsoring. Prior to joining anteo partners, Sandra worked for international companies such as Zimmer GmbH and Rieter Maschinenfabrik AG in export marketing and sales.
